The Name "Ayoub" has been a trusted name in the building and construction industry since 1974,  when engineer  Ayoub Adly Ayoub, started to establish Egyptian-Swiss joint venture company performing( executing )  the significant project of Ramsis Hilton Hotel.

In 1981 engineer Ayoub started several independent projects, changing the name of the company to "Ayoubco" S.A.E. The company was granted several contracts in diversified constructions fields such as residential towers, bridges, airports, roads, sewage,  networks, telecommunication services.  moreover, building military townships and tourist-related projects. Since then, Ayoubco has become one of the largest contracting companies in Egypt.

In 1995 Eng. Ayoub incorporated "Remco" for Tourism Villages Construction Company ( RTVC). Representing the flagship of the Remco Group of Companies ( REMCO ). Eight companies forms the Remco Group ( REMCO ) whose portfolio of projects is well diversified and includes resort complexes that usually comprise hotels, commercial areas and housing units as well as residential complexes. Its projects are located in the Greater Cairo area, on the North Coast of Egypt and on the Red Sea Coast.

(RTVC) has been a publicly traded company on the Egyptian Stock Exchange since 1998 and its current paid-up capital exceeds LE 2.3 billion.

Company History

Electro George (EG), was founded in 1984 as a manufacturer of electrical panels for the Egyptian market

In 1987 EG successfully obtained an exclusive license from AEG Germany for the manufacture of their full range of LV and MV Switchgear. Through hard work continuous growth, and professional performance, EG has succeeded to maintain such a license to date, under GE for LV products and MV products.

Electro George was born in 1984 with this definition as our driving force and the motto as our mindset.

Today EG can offer a complete range of high quality switchboards covering all customers demands.
